Hey Stefano, this is a really great post! That book sounds super interesting! I like how you talked about the amount of ingredients that identify something as an ultra processed food. This hits home for me because as a college kid, I would often eat frozen meals if I had no time or money to make something on my own and it carried into my adulthood.
