Regardless of the reasons we exercise, humans tend to prioritise the physical over the mental. The exterior over the interior. The seen over the unseen.
Hi Dennis! This is also a good point, but I feel that people here on Substack also follow your reasoning more. The masses don’t know, that’s my opinion.
Judging from your profile photo, it does seem like you also pay attention to the physical 💪🏼
Hi Darcy! Thank you very much for your comment, appreciate you taking the time to read it means a lot to me. Definitely, we need to care for the minds in the same way that we care for our bodies. They are just as important to each other. We can't live without either of them, they work together.
I feel like if we have a strong mind a strong body will also naturally follow.
This is a great read! Physical health and mental health are not separate. Just as we care for our bodies with nutritious food and exercise, we must also exercise and nurture our minds.

Love this post.
I agree 100% it is all about priorities and choices.
Thank you for taking the time to read Anfernee!

I tend to have the exact opposite problem. As I go Mind Over Body.

Another great read. Adding those books to my list.
