…sometimes stagnation is necessary, it’s a pause in life…being challenged all the time is exhausting and draining…life is actually a balance between periods challenges and stagnation, that should be interpreted as a time to reflect, ponder and learn from the challenge…to become stronger for the next one…embrace it all…

True. I am always trying to move at 100 miles an hour. It's not good and it burns me out. I am starting to learn that sometimes taking two steps back is better than taking a step forward in the wrong direction.

Rest is very important...

Me too life goes too fast and we make it go fast…so when it’s not moving we get frustrated but it’s actually a good thing!

I always like to share my 2 cents 😉:

Happiness is actually a choice, choose to be happy even if something bad happens to you, you should be happy…happy that it wasn’t worse, happy that it happened because you learned a lesson or because it was a wake up call, happy because you realized sooner rather than later that it was for a good reason, because you found out something or someone wasn’t good for you, and so on…and that’s how you feel happy every moment of every day of every week of every month and all year around…so happiness is not temporary, it’s permanent: it is a state of mind…

Also very true. It is a choice, we choose to be happy and I am in agreement with that. But some people are always chasing something that they think is going to make them happy. I am victim to this. When you do this you reach the thing you thought would make you happy, realise it's not that great, and then look for the next thing.

That's why we need to be happy with what we have at all times and embrace both the positive and negative experiences. I just came out of a relationship, which was very tough, but I am learning a lot about myself through the process and am grateful for the chance to grow.
